- Prepare Listing documents and input listing into MLS
- Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time, and turned in to the office via KW Command.
- Prepare contracts and addendums (any negotiations are handled by the agent)
- Send documents out for signature on docusign/digisign, as needed
- Verify the commission disbursement and send any invoices to title, order the Home Warranty.
- Communicate with your client, Co-op agent, lender and escrow for any needed paperwork.
($50 deposit due if the transaction terminates)
